2015 CAREER DAY

Hope Builders Foundation for Entrepreneurial Education is here again with the 2015 CAREER DAY. This Year’s celebration tagged “Learning for Life” is a conscious move to support the National Endeavour of reducing poverty and creating economic opportunities through education and entrepreneurship.

The entrepreneurial training that stated in the higher institutions of learning in 2010 is now reaching out to all levels of education. These students benefit from the same real-world career experiences as their older counterparts, but in a more age-appropriate setting.

Our current goal is to build self-confidence, character, leadership and social skills in the younger generation. The event will unveil real world career experiences as students interact with older participants, bearing in mind the different age settings. Students will also exhibit their entrepreneurial ideas and activities. The main objective of today’s event is to give the participants an opportunity to exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and create innovations together. The aims of the 2015 Career Day include:

  • Promoting mentorship and coaching
  • Encouraging apprenticeship
  • Fostering peer to peer support, community service, and exposure to networking opportunities.
